After attending Brock University, Evan and his family decided to establish roots in the Niagara Region. A local for over 15 years, Evan and his wife Jessie have been building their real estate portfolio, creating and driving business and investments in the Niagara Region. 

Evan's passion is investing in people and investing in Niagara. As President and partner of Mac Management Properties Inc., Evan is dedicated to helping property owners and investors maximize their investment while protecting their valuable time.

Evan is driven to support and build our team to deliver excellence to our property owners and tenants. 

Starting his career as an entrepreneur, Todd built and fostered several successful and passive income businesses.

For the last ten years Todd has been developing his property management skills working on his own portfolio.

Todd joined Mac Management Properties Inc. in 2020 as a Managing Partner.

Todd's goal is to build strong key relationships with property owners and investors while creating and leading client-focused team members to make Mac Management Properties Inc. the preferred property manager and partner in the Niagara Region.

Through a focus and passion for Added Value and Return on Investment and Return on Effort Todd is driven to exceed all our client's and business partner's expectations.

Jayden Crowley graduated from Brock University in 2018 with a Bachelor of Business Administration (hons). while completing a year and a half at an an accounting firm in New Zealand, and working in Ridley College's finance department.

In his role prior to joining Mac Inc. Jayden gained an appreciation for diligence and compliance while working in accounting in the highly-regulated wine industry. 

Jayden has bravely overcome much adversity, beginning in adolescence where one of his legs grew larger than the other. While it has become an endearing and expected site to see Jayden in shorts year-round, this is the practical reason behind it. 

Maiko Borong joined Mac Management Properties Inc. as an experienced professional with over fifteen years of combined office-based experience in recruiting, administrative and executive support, project management, mortgage servicing, and customer service.

Maiko's reliability, exemplary work ethic and willingness to take on new responsibilities make her a strong asset to the team while her kindness, patience, and organizational skills shine through in pre-screening of rental leads, to completion of tenancy documents.

With 25 years of trades experience, Steve Collins brings a wealth of knowledge and hands-on expertise to the Mac Management team. Having previously worked as a carpenter for a well-respected local builder, Steve has honed his skills in diagnosing, assessing, and efficiently resolving maintenance concerns.

Steve plays a key role in overseeing and completing apartment turnovers and renovation projects, ensuring high-quality workmanship and timely execution. His keen eye for detail and problem-solving ability make him an invaluable asset to both our team and the properties we manage.

Guillaume Donnat is an integral part of the Mac Management team, specializing in leasing coordination and property operations. He assists with maintenance coordination, property viewings, tenant move-ins, and day-to-day logistics, ensuring a smooth experience for our renters.

Guillaume helps match tenants with the right homes while keeping operations running efficiently. His attention to detail and hands-on approach make him a valuable asset to the team.

Madison Farraway is a dedicated Residential Leasing Agent with a strong background in customer service. She is passionate about helping renters find the right home while ensuring a smooth leasing process from start to finish.

With a keen eye for detail and a friendly, professional approach, Madison guides prospective tenants through showings, lease agreements, and move-in coordination. Her commitment to exceptional service and ability to match tenants with the right properties make her a valuable part of the Mac Management team.

Li has specific expertise in real estate, land development and business law. Prior to starting his own practice, Li worked for all three levels of government and advised on major public land development projects.

Representing all types of business and land developers, Li has extensive experience on real estate and business purchase and sale transactions, and all aspects of residential and commercial development projects – from initial acquisition, structuring, assembly, financing, planning applications, registration of subdivisions and condominiums, to final unit sales.

In 2019, Li was selected as one of Hamilton's top 40 under 40 entrepreneurs.
